Team Registration

Team/Club registration for Colorado teams is now open!
We opened the registration process early so clubs/teams can obtain liability insurance to protect them during their club rides and activities. Please keep in mind that coverage only covers official team/club rides partaking in cross-country mountain biking activities. All riders must be on the team/club roster and submit waivers to the team/club Head Coach. In addition, all coaches, ride leaders or other volunteers must have a signed waiver on file in order to be covered by the insurance.

Individuals, Home School Teams and Composite Teams
Don't have a team to race with? That's ok! Students can compete as an Independent racer in the League Series. While they will not be eligible for the Team Overall Title, they are eligible for the Indiviual Race and Overall titles. Independent racers need not register a team, and should only register for the series, being sure to denote that they are racing as an "Independent" where appropriate on registration forms. All other rules apply.
Home-school riders are not allowed to join school-based teams, but they may join a composite team, form a regional home-school team or simply race as an independent rider. Home-school teams are much like composite teams but are comprised of home-school studens from a given geographic region.

Registration for all riders will open in August.

To register your team, fill out the 2010 Team Registration Form and have all coaches/volunteers sign a League Waiver. Mail all completed forms along with payment to:

Looking for some tips on how to get your team off the ground but don't want to wait until the 2010 Colorado Leaders Summit? Our sister League, the NorCal High School Cycling League, has a great website for coaches. It contains lots of helpful information about how to organize your team or establish relationships with sponsors. Check out the NorCal Coaches Resources Page.

Teams are required to have a signed waiver for every rider, coach, ride leader or volunteer on file with the Head Coach. In addition, all licensed coaches must also submit a waiver to the League.
